To provide efficient academic administration, we collect specific data points from our users (School Admins, Teachers, Students, and Parents) under the authorization of their registered educational institutions:

• Personal Information: Name, official email address, phone number (used as the primary Login ID), class, and roll number.
• Media Assets: Profile pictures and student/staff photos voluntarily uploaded for generating Digital ID Cards.
• Financial Information: Payment logs and billing histories collected to track school fee invoices and payments.
• Device & Notification Data: Device hardware models, unique identifiers, and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) push tokens (used solely to deliver notifications, class updates, and school notices).
• App Performance Data: Crash logs, app interaction records, and lag diagnostics collected for performance optimization and debugging.

2. Google OAuth & Third-Party Services

Our Service offers integrated logins via Google OAuth. If you choose to log in using your Google account:

• We request access to your Google primary email address and public profile information (such as your name and profile picture).
• This data is used solely to authenticate your identity, securely map your account to your school profile, and display your name inside the B-Academy application.
• We **DO NOT** share, sell, or distribute your Google user data to any advertising companies or third-party marketers.

3. How We Use Your Information

All collected data is processed strictly for academic operations under the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the core functionalities of the B-Academy school platform (such as routines, results, attendance tracking, and fee invoice histories).
• To generate and download Digital ID Cards for students, teachers, and school staff.
• To send real-time push notifications regarding emergency notices, class schedules, or payment deadlines.
• To improve customer support and troubleshoot database errors.

4. Data Encryption & Security Standards

We implement industry-leading encryption and security controls to safeguard your data:

• Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between the B-Academy mobile application, web dashboard, and our servers is secured using SSL/TLS encryption.
• Database Protection: Student records and user credentials are encrypted and stored in secure, private servers with strict Access Control Lists (ACLs).
• Payment Security: Online fee transactions are processed directly by certified third-party payment gateways (SSLCommerz, bKash). Bongo Software never stores raw credit card details or bank passwords.

5. Data Deletion & Retention Policy

In compliance with Google Play Store guidelines, we provide users with full control over their collected information:

• Retention: We retain your personal data only as long as your educational institution remains an active subscriber to Bongo Software.
• Data Deletion Requests: Users have the right to request the complete deletion of their account and all associated personal information. You can request deletion by contacting your school administration or emailing us at bongosoftwarebd@gmail.com. Once processed, all personal records, photos, and login credentials will be permanently erased from our production databases within 30 days.

6. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal or academic information to outside parties. Data is shared only with trusted hosting services (like DigitalOcean) and payment processors solely for running the Platform, all of whom agree to keep this information strictly confidential.
